I currently live in Utah but I am planning on moving to Truckee CA to be closer to family . I had the opportunity to speak with MAX RODRIGUEZ ( A Member of The New Management Team ) this afternoon April 14th 2023. Max was most helpful & took the time to give me An Overview of The Apartments . My search is over . I have just submitted My Application to live there . My Decision was based purely on A very pleasant conversation with Max . Yes ! I will be put on A Waiting List ( unfortunately 😕 ) .....But Good Things Are Worth Waiting For !!!

The manager Traci Lucia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all questions we asked and even took her time during her lunch to show us around the property and even went as far to offer my 3 kids popsicles from her own freezer to help cool them down when the scorching heat was almost unbearable. I can honestly say that she made us feel completely welcome and enjoyed the conversation we had with her. She was more than accommodating compared to the many other apartments and condos we visited in the area that same week. Thanks again Traci Lucia for the time you took to show my family around.. ð???
